Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Stitch is built to be private by design. There is no account to create, and your craft data stays on your device. We don't run a server that stores your projects.
Information we collect
- No account, no personal data. Stitch has no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or location.
- Your app content stays on your device. Projects, counters, photos, yarn and needle stash are stored locally on your iPhone. If you enable iCloud sync (a Pro feature), that data is stored in your own Apple iCloud account — we cannot read it.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. RevenueCat assigns a random, anonymous identifier so it can tell whether this device has an active purchase. We receive subscription status only — never your name or payment details.
How we use information
- To run the app's features on your device.
- To unlock and restore your Stitch Pro purchase.
- To respond to support requests you send us by email.
Third-party services
- Apple — the App Store handles payments; iCloud (optional) syncs your data within your own Apple account.
- RevenueCat — anonymous subscription management. RevenueCat privacy
What we don't do
- No accounts and no third-party login.
- No advertising and no ad tracking.
- No analytics SDKs and no cross-app tracking.
- We do not sell your data — we never receive it in the first place.
Data retention & deletion
Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control. Delete everything any time from Settings → Data → Delete all data inside the app, or simply delete the app. You can also export your projects to CSV from Settings.
Children's privacy
Stitch is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them (we don't collect personal data from anyone).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
