These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Stitch iOS app. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

No account needed

Stitch has no sign-in. Your projects, counters and stash are stored on your device (and in your own iCloud account if you enable sync). You are responsible for your device and for keeping backups via iCloud.

Subscriptions & purchases

The basic counter is free. Stitch Pro unlocks lock-screen & Watch counting, linked repeat counters, unlimited projects, the stash, iCloud sync and full stats:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Unused free-trial time is forfeited when you purchase. The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any lost counts or data.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
